Unfiltered Evenings | Front Porch Gatherings

Real Conversations. Honest Faith. No Labels. No Pressure.

A Different Kind of Evening

Not everything fits neatly into a category.

Some people aren’t sure the word recovery belongs to them—but they’ve begun to realize that alcohol doesn’t add to their life the way it once did. They’re functioning. Doing well, even. But something feels…off.

Others may be carrying grief, regret, disappointment, loneliness, or questions about faith they haven’t known where to take. Sometimes the ache we feel is about more than what we need to leave behind. It may also point toward something deeper we are longing to find.

Unfiltered Evenings | Front Porch Gatherings were created for that space.

A place to show up, sit down, listen, and connect without needing to explain yourself or adopt a label. A place for people of faith, people with questions, and people who are simply curious about whether God might be nearer than they think.

What This Is

These are simple, acoustic-centered gatherings built around:

Original music

Personal stories

Honest conversation

Faith rooted in Jesus

The hope that no one is beyond grace

No stage. No spotlight. No polished answers. No pressure.

Just real people sharing an evening and making room for the kinds of conversations that don’t always happen in everyday life.

We call the faith beneath it all Theology in Work Boots—a faith that shows up in recovery, struggle, relationships, hard seasons, and ordinary days. We are followers of Jesus, and that shapes the hope we bring into every gathering. But you don’t have to share our beliefs, have your life figured out, or know exactly why you came.

Come as you are. Bring your questions, your story, or simply a willingness to listen.
